The Unzer Group, a leading provider of payment and software solutions, has acquired the point-of-sale business of the retail network operator AllCash, based in Plauen (Saxony).
The acquisition adds more than 500 additional terminals to the Unzer network. Approximately 2.5 million additional transactions are processed annually through the infrastructure. This expands Unzer’s merchant base in a region where the company aims to grow further.
