CORVEL has advised the Dutch Reducate EdTech Group B.V. ("Reducate") on the acquisition of a majority stake in the GOING PUBLIC! Group.
Reducate is based in Utrecht and is a European market leader in the field of vocational training and digital learning platforms.
GOING PUBLIC! has been offering online and in-person training in the areas of finance, insurance and property since 1990. Since 2000, the focus of the training courses has been on e-learning. The transaction is intended to expand the local market position throughout Europe. The existing shareholders will remain minority shareholders in GOING PUBLIC!
